Kintsugi Coach Training Pathway (KCTP)
KCTP begins with “Building Shared Understanding,” a pivotal phase where participants come together as a cohort to establish a collaborative system that prioritizes inclusivity and ensures every voice is heard. This creates a fertile ground for a creative and inclusive learning environment, setting the stage for deep and meaningful engagement throughout the program.
Following this foundational stage, we transition into core coaching techniques aligned with International Coaching Federation (ICF) core competencies, featuring modules such as “The Art of Effective Coaching” and “Purposeful Balance of Self-Discovery.” These foundational elements are geared towards helping clients uncover their purpose and core values, while also focusing on communication skills, effective goal-setting, and accountability.

Kintsugi Coach Training Certification (KCTC)
KCTC begins with “Building Shared Understanding,” a pivotal phase where participants come together as a cohort to establish a collaborative system that prioritizes inclusivity and ensures every voice is heard. This creates a fertile ground for a creative and inclusive learning environment, setting the stage for deep and meaningful engagement throughout the program.
Following this foundational stage, we transition into “The Art of Effective Coaching,” a module meticulously designed to explore the International Coaching Federation (ICF) core competencies in depth. Followed by “Purposeful Balance of Self-Discovery.” where participants are guided through the essential principles and practices of coaching, with a focus on developing skills that enhance communication, goal-setting, accountability, and the ability to empower clients to uncover their purpose and core values.
As we progress, the curriculum deepens further with advanced modules like “Discovering the Power Within,” “Navigating Cognitive Landscapes,” and “Fostering Structured Connections.” Each of these modules builds on the foundation laid earlier, expanding the coach’s toolkit and enriching the coaching experience to facilitate transformative growth and self-discovery for both coach and client.
