Currently, Savannah is an active Master Certified Coach (MCC) and ICF certified mentor through the International Coaching Federation, the gold standard in coach certification, with several global clients. She also prides herself on being trained as a Co-Active Professional Coach and Organizational Relationship Systems Coach (ORSC). She is also a Certified Enterprise Coach (CEC) from Scrum Alliance and she holds the ICAgile Coaching Agile Transformation (ICP-CAT) and ICAgile Enterprise Agile Coaching (ICP-ENT) credential. Savannah possesses a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and a Master’s degree in Management and Leadership. She is currently completing her Master’s in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, gearing up to pursue a PhD in the same field.
Savannah uses her training from Brain-Based Conversation Skills (BBCS) to help people open up new neuro-pathways to achieve their true potentials. Savannah is a certified Training From the Back of the Room (TBR) Trainer from Sharon Bowman’s training program. She uses powerful learning principles based on brain science to enhance her course participant’s experiences. The famous TBR 4Cs model is often used in her class.
When not providing coaching or training at client sites, Savannah can be found delivering presentations at conferences or generously volunteering her time at various Agile or Scrum events throughout the year. Although Ohio is her current residence, her roots lie in Connecticut. Savannah’s enthusiasm extends to the stock market, and she cherishes spending quality time with her family.
