Savannah stands out as a distinguished figure in executive coaching and leadership advisor with a compelling blend of expertise in Industrial/Organizational (I/O) Psychology. Her career, spanning over seventeen years, has been marked by significant achievements in guiding Fortune 100 executives and nurturing aspiring coaches. Her approach integrates I/O psychology principles, enhancing leadership capabilities and fostering an environment conducive to growth and change.

In her executive coaching practice, Savannah leverages her I/O psychology background to address the nuanced needs of leaders, enhancing their strategic thinking, emotional intelligence, and adaptability. This expertise ensures that executives are not just equipped to lead but to inspire transformation within their organizations.

Parallel to her work with executives, Savannah dedicates herself to shaping the future of the coaching profession. As an ICF mentor and coach trainer she draws on her deep understanding of I/O psychology and neuroscience along with adult learning techniques to enrich coach training programs, emphasizing the critical interplay between psychological insight and coaching effectiveness. Her training and mentorship prepares aspiring coaches for a career defined by integrity, empathy, and a commitment to client success.

For those embarking on their coaching journey, Savannah offers a model of professional excellence that combines the science of I/O psychology with the art of coaching. Her work exemplifies the transformative impact that skilled coaching, grounded in psychological principles, can have on individuals and organizations alike.

Currently, Savannah is an active Master Certified Coach (MCC) and ICF certified mentor through the International Coaching Federation, the gold standard in coach certification, with several global clients. She also prides herself on being trained as a Co-Active Professional Coach and Organizational Relationship Systems Coach (ORSC). She is also a Certified Enterprise Coach (CEC) from Scrum Alliance and she holds the ICAgile Coaching Agile Transformation (ICP-CAT) and ICAgile Enterprise Agile Coaching (ICP-ENT) credential. Savannah possesses a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and a Master’s degree in Management and Leadership. She is currently completing her Master’s in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, gearing up to pursue a PhD in the same field.

Savannah uses her training from Brain-Based Conversation Skills (BBCS) to help people open up new neuro-pathways to achieve their true potentials. Savannah is a certified Training From the Back of the Room (TBR) Trainer from Sharon Bowman’s training program. She uses powerful learning principles based on brain science to enhance her course participant’s experiences. The famous TBR 4Cs model is often used in her class.

When not providing coaching or training at client sites, Savannah can be found delivering presentations at conferences or generously volunteering her time at various Agile or Scrum events throughout the year. Although Ohio is her current residence, her roots lie in Connecticut. Savannah’s enthusiasm extends to the stock market, and she cherishes spending quality time with her family.
